My name is Christopher Meacham and this blog is dedicated to my passion of exercise and fitness. The American Culture is a population always on the run. We are working and doing other things that our health and well being are sometimes put at risk. There has been a push for people to exercise and eat better for years and I believe it has been very successful. Even though I can see a difference I feel that more of a push is needed. I hear many excuses and most of them concern the amount of time and the need of equipment. Well, on this blog I plan to provide workouts that anyone can do at home in only ten minutes and without any equipment. I plan to upload videos of my workouts as well so that we can all make this change together. I hope that you choose to go on this journey with me. It will take only ten minutes a day, five days a week, but the results can be life changing.
