Day 1

I hope you have fun with this work out and put your own twist on the exercises to make it more interesting for you.  It is my philosophy that we do not need to spend hours in a gym or even need equipment and expensive exercise machines to achieve the results that we strive for.  We only need to give a few minutes each day to exercising and bettering ourselves.  The main problem with exercise programs is that people do not stick with them.  I believe that sticking with the exercise program is the biggest problem in exercise today.  I hope you will find your own motivation to stick with it because if you will complete these workouts with I each day we can achieve the results that you have always wanted.

Upper Body Workout:

Push Ups – 3 sets

Tricep Dips – 3 sets

Overhead Press – 3 sets

Bicep Curls – 3 sets

Sit Ups – 3 sets

Back Extensions – 3 sets

Between each set I recommend that you walk in place or walk around to keep your heart rate up and this will be your cardio for the workout.  Please follow the link to a video of me doing this workout if you need any help with the exercises or want to work out with me.  Remember to find your motivation because sticking with it is the hardest part.
